Biografia
Luigi Passeri è nato a Priverno (LT), vive ed opera a Roma. Ha tenuto personali in diverse citta d’ltalia. Ha partecipato a molte collettive, rassegne nazionali ed internazionali, più volte è stato premiato e segnalato dalla critica. Notevoli sono le sue interpretazioni sacre. Nel 1982, a Venezia, rende omaggio alla citta lagunare. La stampa e la critica sono concordi nell’affermare che si tratta di una Venezia inedita, carica di luce e di poesia. La personale all’Agostiniana di Roma era dedicata alle svariate tecniche the ha saputo interpretare in modo personale, adeguandole alla sua particotare visione poetica. Sue opere si trovano in musei, in luoghi sacri, in collezioni pubbliche e private, in Italia e all’estero: Francia, Germania, Inghilterra, Belgio, Stati Uniti d’America e Siria. Critica
L’artista sembra che abbia avvertito I’insegnamento di Paul Klee, il quale ripeteva che “l’arte non riproduce il visibile, ma rende visibile”, proprio quel senso magico con cui egli rende visibile, senza essere astratta e senza nemmeno usare la riproduzione linguistica tradizionale, la visione di una Venezia senza Venezia: mantiene cioè la sostanza, insieme misteriosa e fantastica di Venezia, senza la usata e usuale elaborazione iconografica. L’artista non rinuncia al senso fisico delle rose e dell’aria (elementi indivisibili di Venezia), ma lo trasfigura attraverso la magia della luce, che diparte da una profonda necessità interiore.

Luigi Passeri was born to Priverno (LT), lives and operates to Rome. He has held personal in various city of ltaly. He has participated to many collective, national reviews and international, more times he has been rewarded and marked from the critic. Remarkable they are his sacred interpretations. Critic :
The artist seems that has perceived instruction of Paul Klee, which he repeated the “the art does not reproduce the visible one, but renders visible”, just that magical sense with which he renders visible, without being abstract and without not to use the traditional linguistic reproduction, the vision of one Venice without Venice: he maintains the substance that is, with mysterious and fantastic of Venice, without used and the usual iconographic elaboration. The artist not renunciation to the physical sense of the roses and the air (indivisible elements of Venice), but the trasfigure through the magic of the light, than depart from one deep inner necessity.
